In osteopathy, there is a long tradition of treating colds, flu, asthma and allergies, including prevention, and supporting the immune system.
Even during the Spanish Flu (1918-1920), the fatality rate was much lower in patients who received osteopathic treatment and care.
Tom Esser has therefore put together this video with a treatment protocol. He manages to show all important techniques compactly.
